The Kimberton Inn has three "open" dining rooms available for daily dining. During holidays and special events, three additional rooms are available for either regular dining as volume dictates or for receptions and private parties.
The three rooms that are always open for dining are the Kimber Room, the Upper French Room and the Lower French Room.
- The Kimber Room
The Kimber Room extends from the Lobby to the fireplace adjacent to the Bar Area. This exceptionally well lit room faces to the east, and most tables are large and recessed in bay windows. Click here for additional and larger photos from our Photo Album.
- The Upper French Room
The Upper French Room is accesssed from the Kimber Room and is large with windows facing to the west. With its own fireplace, this room also opens to the Lower French Room, one step below. Click here for additional and larger photos from our Photo Album.
- The Lower French Room
The Lower French Room is a step down from the balcony in the Upper French Room. With its own fireplace, this is a very quiet, intimate dining room. Click here for additional and larger photos from our Photo Album.
The following rooms are ideal for receptions and private parties.
- The Colonial Room (Receptions to 120 guests)
- The Colonial Room will close down on July 2nd, 2007 for redecoration and will reopen on July 21st. The room will only be closed for 19 days. It will remain open until July 2, 2007. The rest of the Inn will remain open during this period!
- The Balcony (Receptions to 50 guests)
On the second level and accessed from the Upper French Room, the Balcony seats 50 guests and has hard wood floors accented with oriental rugs, many windows and light and a wood burning fireplace. In addition to the area shown here, there is a contiguous area about 40% smaller that can be used for additional tables, a buffet and reception area. Click here for additional and larger photos from our Photo Album.
- The Wine Cellar (Receptions to 20 guests)
Our smallest private room is the intimate, candle lit Wine Cellar, which can seat up to 20 guests. Click here for additional and larger photos from our Photo Album.
