The ingredients include the exotic and locally grown produce from growers in the area who are as passionate as we are about high quality. With our nightly dinner specials we try to go beyond the already diverse dinner menu and utilize what is currently available in the market with the goal of keeping the ingredients as uncompromised as possible and providing focused, unadulterated flavors that speak for themselves.
