On the Second Thursday of every month, the Kimberton Inn hosts a cocktail class and flight.  demonstrating techniques, exploring history and, of course, enjoying drinking a combination of classic and Original cocktails.  each of five courses is accompanied by a perfectly paired small plate.

Clement Rhum Agricol, Appleton's Reserve Rum, Lime , Cointreau, Orgeat and Sparkling Wine

Banana Leaf Steamed Ono, Coconut Rice, Ginger Glaze

Mastodon

Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, Bulleit Bourbon, Pineapple, Lime, Passion Fruit, Licor 43,

 Luxardo Maraschino, Peychaud’s Bitters

Crisp Fried Pork Cheeks, Hawaiian Bakes Beans, Grilled Pineapple

Smith and Cross Rum, Giffard Banane du Bresil, St Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram

Coconut Mousse, Caramelized Bananas, Candied Lime
