The goal of the cocktail party is typically to provide a beautiful meal for your guest without the constraints of a sitdown dinner. In order to demostrate how we can accomplish this goal we break the party down into three stages.
The first stage typically lasts about an hour during which we serve your guests tradional butlered hors d'oeuvres.
During the second stage we switch to a more substantial offering (see below).
Switching to the more substantial item insures that your guest leave feeling satisfied, they don't need to stop for a bite after the party.
The third phase is dessert, we put out a selection of a sweet items and coffee for you guest to enjoy.
We offer two different cocktail party formats.
The first format is hors d'oeuvres for an hour then switching to very nice sandwhichs/ fingerfood, finally coffee and light dessert such as cookies and brownies.
The cost for this format is $45 per person plus drinks, tax and tip
The second formation is hors d'oeuvres for an hour then switching to a carving station, which is very customizable, but typically includes a beef dish, a white meat, a seafood, grilled vegetables and salad. The a dessert buffet for which you select individual sized portion of our homemade desserts plus ice ccream and toppings.
The cost for this format varies based upon your selections for the carving station from $55 per person plus drink. tax and tip.
