OUR STORY

Our establishment was built in 1796 as an inn in the Quaker town of Kimberton, Pennsylvania. While we are located in the center of this untarnished little town, we are within a short drive of the Main Line, King of Prussia and much of Chester, Lancaster, Berks, Montgomery and Delaware Counties.

Today we no longer have overnight accommodations but focus our attention on serving really great food and wine with efficient and caring service. We serve dinner Tuesday through Sunday evenings and a wonderful Brunch on Sundays.

If our guests must wait for their full party to arrive or for their table to be prepared, they may do so in our lobby, with its large John Peirce painting of Kimberton in an earlier time, or in our spacious and comfortable bar area. Brian Gibson is at the piano on Friday, and Saturday he is accompanied by bass guitarist Jeff Singleton.
